I called and emailed another tiny local company to do some work for me. No one answered or replied to my emails. I called Top... Cleaning and talked to the office person who scheduled me immediately for a FREE inspection. The owner came and did the pre-Inspection. she addressed my wants, concerns, and gave me the general processes and expectations of the services I needed. I received a item detailed estimate with a very reasonable quote and scheduled to have work done.This is a family owned business and the young men that came to do the work were clean cut, polite, took pride in their ok work and went the extra step to care for my home. They went through the scope of work with me so I knew what to expect.My carpets, tile grout and upholstery came out looking new. I just had my heating ducts cleaned by Top Cleaning and was shocked at what had been "stored" in there! Well worth it, much... better for the heating, healthier for the air, and I also had the dryer vent done which was a good thing!! Did you know that the dryer vents are one of the top fire hazards in homes? Mine wasn't that old, but it sure needed a cleaning. Would recommend this company and this job be done in any home! We have been here 35 years and have had animals, wood, oil, and now propane - amazing what coated those ducts!read more
